With the help of Laravel eCommerce Marketplace RMA extension, customers can return, cancel and replace their product to store and get a refund for that return made. The seller can manage the RMA request placed by the customer.

Admin can create several RMA reasons that a customer can select while creating an RMA request. Sellers and Customers can also send messages to each other regarding the product return and replacement, and Customers can also upload the images of the product that they want to return or replace.

Note:- Laravel eCommerce Marketplace RMA extension is an add-on of Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have installed the first Laravel Marketplace Module.
