The Laravel Marketplace Order Accept Extension is an add-on to the Marketplace module that enables sellers to accept or reject orders within a time frame defined by the admin.

This feature helps sellers manage their orders more effectively by setting clear, time-based acceptance limits.

If a seller fails to respond within the specified period, the order is automatically canceled, ensuring customers aren’t left waiting and maintaining a smooth and efficient order processing system.

Note – This is an add-on of the marketplace, so you need to install Laravel Marketplace Module first for using this add-on.

Features of Laravel Marketplace Order Accept

1) Allow sellers to accept the order.

2) Allow seller to reject the order.

3) Customer/Seller/Admin get the mail notification if order is rejected.

4) Admin and seller can set the Turn Around Time after that the order is automatically cancelled.

5) Enable or disable Seller Can Cancel Order After Accept.

6) Customer track the order status on his panel.
