The tool is available 24/7 in English and Hinglish. It lets sellers talk in simple language and complete tasks without changing screens.
It is built on Amazon Bedrock and uses Amazon Nova AI models and Anthropic Claude.
Amazon says this step is part of its goal to make AI available to millions of Indian small businesses and business owners.

The Seller Assistant makes running an online business easier by reducing manual work.
Sellers can create Product Listings by uploading an image, adding a description, or pasting a URL.
This feature helps sellers quickly generate product titles, descriptions, and bullet points from a short input.
Amazon says sellers using its AI Assistant for Sellers tools have reduced daily work by nearly 70%.
Helping Small Businesses Scale Faster

The AI finds in demand products in global markets, helps sellers understand export rules and required documents, and tracks their progress in new markets.

To encourage more sellers to use the tool, Amazon is also hosting Seller Connect workshops in more than 20 cities.
More than 5,000 sellers have already received training ahead of Prime Day.
